IQRAA Trust, South Africa
Legal status
The IQRAA Trust is registered as a trust in terms of the
legislation in South Africa. The Trust therefore strives to meet the provisions
and requirements of the Trust Deed which is registered with the Master of the
Supreme Court of South Africa. Therefore the policies, activities and
delegation of authority comply with the provisions of the Trust Deed.
The IQRAA Trust is also registered as a Public Benefit
Organisation with the Commissioner of Inland Revenue in South Africa.
Accordingly the Trust complies with the relevant legislation in the Income Tax
Act of South Africa that governs the operations and activities of public
benefit organizations.

transparency, accountability and integrity in all our operations.
Board of Trustees of the IQRAA Trust
The Board of Trustees is the ultimate governing body of the
Trust. The Board includes the following trustees:

The Board of Trustees is responsible for:

Determining the objectives of the Trust.

Approving the overall strategy and policies of the Trust

Approving the financial statements of the Trust.
Executive Committee of the IQRAA Trust
In accordance with the provisions ot the trust deed, the Board
of Trustees has delegated certain of its functions to an executive committee
which is made up of the following trustees:
