DONATION - R 200 000

A R 200 000 Grant from Iqraa Trust will enable The Johannesburg Council for the Disabled (JOCOD) to acquire a minibus to provide transport  for persons with disabilities to clinics, hospitals, sports events and recreation venues.

JOCOD implements and maintains a holistic programme for people living with disabilities so as to empower them and thereby improve the quality of life. The programme includes operating a protective workshop for people with disabilities, skills development and training and the provision/access to sport and recreation facilities.
